Hundreds of generous people serve as Monument Health volunteers every year. Volunteers play a vital role in providing a caring experience for our patients and families.

Before you begin the application process, please read through the volunteer requirements:
- Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and out of high school
- Successfully complete onboarding trainings and annual education
- Successfully complete health screenings and background screen
- Attend an orientation session and interview
- Complete 30 hours within 3 months after being cleared to start. (2-4 hour shifts)
It takes the average volunteer approximately 6 weeks from submitting an application, to begin their weekly volunteer shift.
